Trying to get out of "Lazy Mode"!

I have been so "out of it" these past few days. I have just felt "under the weather". I did find some really cute digital images at Pink Cat Studio. They have THE cutuest images and I had so much fun making some stuff with them.

Here's the first:
I found these long notepads at a local dollar store. It was 4 in a package for $1.29. I found the pattern for the notepad cover online. I used the digital image, colored it in and made this:

So sorry.....I have run out of time! I've got to go to town and pick up my daughter from school. I will add more later~~
Okay..day 2...I'm back to edit! Here's the inside of this notepad holder:

And here are some cards I made using the some digital images from the same website! I just love them!

And one more for today! Since I just LOVE owls so much~~~~

Thanks for reading my blog!!! Hope it has brought you some enjoyment!!!:) Have a blessed Wednesday!

Wickedly Sweet

When I found this digital image at Whimsiedoodles, I knew I had to have her! When my sister and I were growing up we loved watching the show Bewitched. There were times my sister would do something she wasn't supposed to be doing and would therefore get in trouble. What would she do? She'd stand there and wiggle her nose like Tabitha. She really thought she had those powers to "fix" things!!!

So, in honor of my only sister, Arlene, I have made these cards! They are wickedly sweet, just like our wonderful memories!!

Fast, Easy and Cheap!

And NO...I am not describing myself!!LOL I'm talking about these cards I am sharing with you today. I haven't been feeling very well these past couple of days. Chills, aches and pains, but today I felt a bit better and thought I'd better make some more cards for an upcoming craft show.

I bought this box of 50 cards with envelopes by My Mind's Eye, this is from the Out and About Collection. I found them at my favorite store,  Ross...for $6.00!! I love to use them as a base for making my cards.

I also had a  package of cute 3D, embellished Ice Cream stickers. They are by Paper Bliss and I found them at Hobby Lobby. So this morning I made a set of 4 cards. They went together rather quickly and I think they turned out pretty cute.
The sentiments are the $1 Studio G stamps, I love those for cardmaking!!!

So here they are!

Thanks for visiting!! Have a wonderful day!!!!!!!!!!

Am I really over the hill?

Well, yeterday was my birthday. I turned 41. A couple of people said, "Happy Birthday, you look good for being over the hill?" What exactly is "the hill"? LOL Please don't say it's only downward from here....cause I'm looking forward to my next years only going upward. Not an upward hill battle, but upward as in only good things to come! Guess "over the hill" can mean alot of things so I'll try not to think about it too much!!!LOL
I also share this birthday with my younger son, he turned 18! Yikes!! That's a whole new world too! Okay...so my life is going to become a real adventure from here on out!!!

In the meantime, I'd like to share a card I made for my niece. Her birthday is this weekend.....here's wishing her a Happy Birthday!!!

The card is from that same set that I found at Ross. I love those blank cards, you can really dress them up.
The image is a Gorjuss Girls image I received in a image swap. I really like her.
I dressed it up w/ ribbon, a punched flower with button, and some dew drops. The sentiment
came in the package of cards.

And...here's a picture of our Holly. She is growing up so quickly! Here she is enjoying her chew bone
and her bed. She will be 1 year old in a couple of weeks!!!

Thanks for reading! Have a wonderful weekend!!!
